Submitting an enquiry or request through our website does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of the required deposit. Custom commissions require a 50% deposit before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet stated timeframes, delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our products or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from delivery delays.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Claims must be made within seven days of delivery with photographic evidence. Custom commissions are non-refundable once production has commenced.
