Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a custom piece take to create?

Production times vary by complexity. Simple baskets require 2-3 weeks, while elaborate wall pieces or lighting can take 6-8 weeks. Commercial installations are quoted individually based on scope.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout South Africa. Delivery costs are calculated based on destination and package size. Collection from our Johannesburg studio is also available at no additional charge.

Can I request specific colours?

Absolutely. Our artisans work with natural dyes derived from plants and minerals. We can match specific palettes within the range achievable through these organic methods. Some vibrant colours may require synthetic alternatives, which we can discuss during consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card payments, and SnapScan. For custom commissions, we require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon completion.
